If makeup at the gym makes me feel better, then who are you to judge me?

Honestly. I hate guys who constantly say negative things about the “pretty girls” who are at the gym, decked out in their coordinated outfits and mascara.

Here’s my take on it:

If I’m willing to get my ass to the gym, who are you to judge?

If it makes me feel ten times sexier rather than ten times more self-conscious, who the hell are you to judge?

If it makes me run that much harder and lift that much more, because I know guys are looking, the who the hell are you to judge?

I wear makeup to the gym, and I’m damn proud of it. I wear lacy sports bras and pretty underwear when I’m working out at home, to make myself feel better about my body. And I’m damn proud of it.

I have absolutely no shame about what I do. All that matters is that I’m making myself a better human being.

How about you stop walking around the gym, chatting with your “bros” like you own the damn place and actually start lifting something?  Then, maybe, if I’m not busy kicking your ass, I’ll give what you have to say a listen.

Gym rats make me so mad.
